Project Management and Cost control

Luxon Projects undertook the project management and cost control for the new
Kernel & Roast store that has opened in Westfield, White City.

The brand offers a high-end shopping experience selling what it describes as ‘The world’s finest regional delicacies.’

Working with the client, the design team, and the client’s preferred contractors and suppliers, the store opened its doors prior to Christmas 2019.

Ensuring the client’s preferred suppliers understood the design and the high standard required in store, several trips were made to Turkey to oversee fixture production. This was a challenging project, with many detailed packages of works allocated to get the high-end result required.

Prezzo
Project Management

Luxon Projects was contracted to project manage the delivery of a new menu in just 6 months (normally 12 months).

David managed Prezzo’s internal departments to generate a focused menu offer, whilst keeping on brand with what the customer expects from Prezzo. The team worked through food ideas with test restaurants, trial restaurant clusters and training chefs with the new menu, in an Agile process to meet the deadlines for the food and drink procurement, menu printing and launch into the restaurants.
